What you might want to ask
Sizing & fit — email us with your child’s age and height and we’ll recommend a size. Or check the Size Guide.
Where’s my order? — we pack from Sydney within 24 hours. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days, express is 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link in your confirmation email.
Returns & exchanges — we accept returns for faulty or incorrectly shipped items only. See the Returns Policy for the full process.
Wholesale, stockist enquiries, or collaborations — we’re open to all three. Email us at theunknownchildren.au@gmail.com with a few details about what you’re proposing and we’ll get back to you.
