Shipping Rates & Methods
- We offer Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $50.
- Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier tracking page provided
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us at theunknownchildrenau@gmail.com within 5 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
