Shipping Information
Every order is packed by hand at our Sydney warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery options (Australia-wide)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected option. We currently ship within Australia only.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods — sales or new drops — processing may take slightly longer; we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time. Any trouble tracking, email theunknownchildren.au@gmail.com.
Incorrect addresses & delays
- Incorrect shipping information: please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for delays or lost parcels sent to an incorrect address.
- Delivery delays: occasionally couriers are delayed by weather or public holidays. We appreciate your patience — we'll always help chase a late parcel.
Lost or damaged packages
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us right away at theunknownchildren.au@gmail.com and we'll work with the courier to resolve it quickly.
